Art of the American Cowboy
Art of the American Cowboy is fast becoming the premiere fine art event in Las Vegas, Nevada, hosted by the South Point Hotel & Casino. The WAA looks forward to presenting our third annual event in December, 2012, during the National Finals Rodeo and Denny Gentry's National Team Roping Event. Artists from around the West show and sell their work in a beautifully appointed exhibition hall. This event includes fine art auctions, quick draw and demonstration events.
Brandon Bailey, Rising Star, is Selected as the Featured Artist for the 2012 Art of the American Cowboy.
The WAA and the South Point Hotel & Casino proudly announce that Brandon Bailey will be the featured artist of the 2012 Art of the American Cowboy, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Brandon's career is poised to heat up in the near future—he was also selected as the featured artist at the upcoming Cheyenne Frontier Days.
As the featured artist for this year's event, an original commissioned piece by Brandon will be used as the 2012 poster art. This artwork is the face of each year's marketing campaign, and as such, will be used in advertising the event in various media. The original piece will be sold during the live auction while limited edition reproductions will be available for purchase throughout the show.
